As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can combine creativity with data-driven strategies to amplify our brand voice, engage audiences, and drive business growth.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about both creative storytelling and performance marketing — someone who can lead teams, guide content development, optimize SEO, run paid campaigns, and ensure execution excellence across all marketing initiatives.
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with a flair for creative thinking and expertise in modern digital marketing tools. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies across social media, search engines, content platforms, and offline campaigns — while ensuring high-quality content creation, SEO optimization, lead generation, and brand engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Content
- Lead and define the brand's content direction — from ideation to execution — across social media, video, blogs, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, video editors, photographers, and designers to create engaging, audience-friendly content.
- Guide the creative team to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Stay updated on trends and continuously propose new ideas to enhance brand presence.
Performance Marketing & Digital Growth
- Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and SEO audits to enhance organic reach.
- Analyze campaign performance, track conversions, and adjust strategies for improved ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities and set measurable targets aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, photographers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
- Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and refine strategies accordingly.
- Balance creative intuition with analytical thinking to improve audience engagement and conversions.
Innovation & Brand Building
- Explore new channels, formats, and technologies to stay ahead of digital trends.
- Experiment with creative campaigns that blend brand storytelling and measurable outcomes.
- Lead initiatives that uplift brand awareness, customer trust, and long-term engagement.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably handling both content and performance campaigns.
- Proven expertise in creative content strategy and team leadership (scriptwriters, video editors, photographers, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to interpret data, track performance, and pivot strategies for measurable results.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Energetic, proactive, and driven to experiment, learn, and innovate.
