  • • Ensure timely filing of legal documentation and compliance with court deadlines.
  1. Contract Management:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure all agreements align with company interests and legal standards.

  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the elevator industry.
  • Implement compliance programs and provide training to employees on legal matters.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and cases.
  • Prepare reports for management on legal proceedings and compliance updates.

  • Work closely with various departments to address legal aspects of the business.
