Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Advocate located in Bengaluru. The Litigation Advocate will handle drafting of legal documentation, research case laws, and represent clients in court proceedings and family law settings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing case strategies, attending hearings, and collaborating with clients to address their legal needs and ensure comprehensive case preparation.

We give preference to candidates who stay around Hennur Bagalur or Kothannur area.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Legal Research, Case Law Analysis, and Drafting Legal Documents
  • Proficiency in Litigation Processes, Court Procedures, and Client Representation
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills- should be able to converse in Kannada.
  • willing to travel to courts.
  • Attention to Detail and Strong Analytical Abilities
  • Ability to manage case deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; enrollment in the Bar Council of India is required
  • Prior experience in litigation or related legal fields is preferred
