Responsibilities
Based in Hyderabad, the Administrator will be responsible for the recruitment coordination of positions that are going to be based in Hyderabad office.
Recruiting Coordination:
- Manage the recruiting process, scheduling, offer release and onboarding
- Help recruiter to coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in employer branding and campus hiring efforts.
- Work with various stakeholders internally within HR as well as business to ensure an excellent candidate experience through the hiring cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of post-college experience in recruiting, preferably in financial services
- Strong history of consistently delivering and producing results with a high level of client service
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); working knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Proven track record in maintaining discretion with confidential information

Education
Bachelor's degree is required.
