**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support for other talent acquisition initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns and diversity recruitment programs.
- Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and career expos, including logístical planning and promotional activities.
- Be the onboarding POC for Recruiters and supporting complete onboarding lifecycle.
- Support gathering data required to create new hire record.
- Ensure day one paperwork and documentation required for creation of personnel files is collected and forwarded to group responsible for document management.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, confirmation letters and new hire guides.
- Support the Recruiters in conducting background checks, interview scheduling, logistic arrangements etc.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- A bachelor's degree (or above) with 1-2 years’ of experience preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
