**Recruitment Coordinator**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
**Function**:

- To ensure all administration procedures and processes are adhered to in line with recruitment policies.
- Action requests within agreed KPIs to support an efficient real-time recruitment process.
- To relieve the on-site recruiters of as much administration as possible and initiate improvements in systems and processes

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with the recruitment onboarding process and work closely with the case managers in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of onboarding is fully covered and under control at all times. Responsibilities will include the following:

- Interview Scheduling for the recruitment team
- Support with job advert postings aligned with global templates.
- Maintaining trackers and Dashboards, using this data to create reports when requested.
- Maintaining accurate data records within recruitment/HR systems
- Administrative support for visa documentation where necessary
- Support with ad hoc projects or assistance when required.

- Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow and enforce processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence people.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external teams.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task: executing requests, investigating queries, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a team or individually to manage workload confidently.
