RESPONSIBILITIES:Take ownership of network-related projects, from initial design and implementation to ongoing management and optimization. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior network engineers, assisting with complex network issues and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design network solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network incidents, providing timely resolution to minimize business impact. Conduct thorough network performance monitoring and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies. Design and implement network security measures, including firewalls, access control, and intrusion detection systems.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in network engineering, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Participate in network capacity planning exercises, ensuring the scalability and performance of the network infrastructure. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery. Responsible for overall network inventory management, contract renewal, budgeting and strategic planning for IT Network Infrastructure. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on computer networks.Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Network Engineer, and 4 years of Network Engineer with a focus on designing and managing complex networks.Excellent ownership and project management skills, with the ability to take full responsibility for network related projects and incidents.

In-depth knowledge of Cisco, or Juniper – Routing, switching In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto, Cisco FMC, or FortinetStrong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security principles. Obtained active certifications, such as CCNP, Firewall certifications such as Palo alto, Cisco, Fortinet for Senior Network Engineer positions.

Experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in enterprise-level environments. Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.

Excellent written communication skills, with a good technical writing ability to document network configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and root cause analysis. Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and address client inquiries. Ability to write robust root cause analysis documents, providing detailed insights into network incidents and resolutions.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
