Senior Network Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing complex networking solutions, as well as providing technical support and consultation to other teams.


About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires significant experience in network engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing SD-WAN, LAN, and branch networks, with a focus on mission-critical, customer-facing applications and services.


Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex networking solutions, including SD-WAN, LAN, and branch networks.
  • Provide technical support and consultation to other teams, including network operations and IT teams.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize network projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for new solutions and approaches.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years' experience as a Network Engineer, with significant experience in designing and implementing complex networking solutions.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a network operations team.
  • Experience working in a Scrum team or other Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of networking (Cisco and non-Cisco) with an emphasis on branch networks, SD-WAN, LAN, Network security, and Management tools.
