Network Professional Role

This position is a key member of the Network Team, reporting to a senior technical lead. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide network expertise and operational support across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day network operations, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements.
  • Monitor and report on network health using management tools.
  • Install and commission network infrastructure platforms.
  • Administer network protocols and technologies.
  • Create and maintain accurate network documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or technology-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Networking, preferably with Cisco products.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure design and best practices.
  • Experience with secure and resilient routing solutions, unified communications, and load balancing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem diagnosis skills.
