A Sales Planning Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, forecasting sales performance, analyzing sales data, and supporting sales teams. They collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales goals, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results, according to LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities of a Sales Planning Manager:
- Develop and Execute Sales Plans: This includes creating detailed plans for achieving sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and allocating resources effectively.
- Forecast Sales Performance: Analyze historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors to predict future sales and set realistic goals.
- Analyze Sales Data: Use data analysis tools to track sales performance, identify trends, and gain insights into customer behavior and sales effectiveness.
- Support Sales Teams: Provide training, resources, and tools to help sales teams execute sales plans and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies, develop marketing campaigns, and share insights.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track key metrics, analyze results, and make adjustments to sales plans as needed to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain sales tools and templates: Create and maintain templates and dashboards for measuring KPIs and analyzing sales performance.
- Manage customer and sales presentations: Work with marketing and design teams to create customer and sales presentations.
- Develop and analyze reports: Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.

Experience-
- At-least more than 4 years experience required.
- Preferred if experienced in Mechanical or Civil based industry.
