Key responsibilities

  1. Technical Consultation: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical and

business requirements, offering insights into how our solutions can address their challenges.

  1. Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations,

showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.

  1. Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design customized solutions that meet client

specifications and requirements.

  1. Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including the creation of

scope of work documents and response to RFPs.

  1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs

are met and expectations are exceeded.

  1. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on client

interactions to inform future product enhancements.

Key Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

  1. Experience: 1+ years in a technical support or pre-sales role. Fresh graduates with relevant

internships or projects are encouraged to apply.

  1. Technical Skills:Basic understanding of IT solutions, software applications, and networking

concepts.

  1. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present

complex information clearly.

  1. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client requirements and propose effective solutions.

  2. Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales

and technical departments.
