Role Overview
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can connect with parents, handle queries, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
You'll be the voice of WishLuck — helping customers with their orders, product guidance, replacements, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails from customers.
• Resolve issues related to orders, product usage, returns, and refunds.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, and quality) for complaint resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Share regular feedback from customers to improve product and service quality.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving attitude and patience while dealing with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with Excel, CRM, or WhatsApp Web.
• Prior experience in customer support (especially D2C or eCommerce) will be a plus.
• Empathetic, positive, and responsible — someone who genuinely cares about customer experience.
