Role Purpose:
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth through innovative product development and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand goals with business objectives.

White Space Analysis:

  • Identify untapped market opportunities (white spaces) through consumer insights and market analysis.
  • Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.

New Product Development (NPD):

  • Lead the development of new products, ensuring they meet consumer needs and brand standards.
  • Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to launch innovative products that drive category growth.

Launch Management:

  • Coordinate all aspects of new product launches, including marketing campaigns, packaging design, and distribution logistics.
  • Ensure timely and successful launches by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Packaging and Design:

  • Oversee the design and development of packaging that reflects brand identity and appeals to target consumers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.

Consumer Experience:

  • Manage consumer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Foster a consumer-centric approach across the organization.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise a team of consumer affairs coordinators and other relevant staff.
  • Coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage brand budgets effectively to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
  • Monitor ROI on marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with advertising agencies, distributors, and other external partners to execute brand strategies.
  • Communicate brand performance and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA Preferred with 4+ years of experience brand management or a related role, with experience in product development and marketing strategy.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
