Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide Help Desk support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365, including user account management, license management, and troubleshooting.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Oversee Microsoft Intune administration, including device management, application deployment, and security policies.
  • Perform network administration tasks, including maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring network security.
  • Collaborate with the US-based team to ensure seamless operations and support.
  • Work independently and proactively to address issues and improve system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration.
  • Strong network administration skills, including knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

US Shift timings (6:30pm to 4:30am)
