Network Support Engineer | Noida Sec. 62 | 5days working

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Help Desk support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365, including user account management, license management, and troubleshooting.
- Administer and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune administration, including device management, application deployment, and security policies.
- Perform network administration tasks, including maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring network security.
- Collaborate with the US-based team to ensure seamless operations and support.
- Work independently and proactively to address issues and improve system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration.
- Strong network administration skills, including knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
US Shift timings (6:30pm to 4:30am)
