
Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring domestic and international BPO clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO sector (voice and non-voice processes).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and potential client needs.
- Create customized proposals and presentations to showcase company capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BPO business development (Domestic /International markets).
- Strong network and understanding of BPO services & sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
