Role Summary Senior Associate Total Rewards

Provides administrative support to C&B Team. You will play a vital role in supporting the administration and

delivery of our total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and other employee rewards. Your expertise will ensure our reward processes are efficient, compliant, and align with our company's strategic objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and administration of salary structures, bonus schemes, pension plans, private medical insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee

compensation and benefits

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding rewards, benefits, and compensation policies in a

professional and timely manner.

  • Ensure all reward programs comply with UK employment laws and regulations; prepare regular reports on rewards and benefits metrics.
  • Liaise with external providers of benefits and reward services to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the communication and administration of reward policies and programs.
  • Supports the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion
  • Assist in the implementation of new rewards initiatives, benchmarking exercises, and reward reviews.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR operations
  • Bachelors degree (Any Stream)
  • Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
  • Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal

accountability

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and compliance requirements related to rewards.
