Job Overview:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to manage and submit vendor registration and pre-qualification applications for ADNOC, TAQA, RTA, and other UAE government/private portals. Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate, timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit vendor registration/pre-qualification applications.
  • Collect, verify, and organize client documents (trade license, VAT, HSE, ISO, etc.).
  • Draft supporting documents and maintain digital filing.
  • Coordinate with clients for documents and updates.
  • Track applications and report status to the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in vendor management systems, document management systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
