Position: Branch Manager ST LAP

Reporting To: Cluster Sales Manager - LAP

Location: Pudukottai, Thanjavur, Kancheepuram, Tiruttani, Vattalagundu, Tirupati, Chittoor, Nellore

Team Size: 3 Sales Executives

Job Description:

  • Experience of sourcing LAP from Open Market and managing a team of LAP executives.
  • Achieving consolidated monthly target.
  • Responsible for LAP Growth
  • Identifying LAP loans (Upto 30 Lakhs) to suit the target customers and geographies.
  • Enabling business growth by assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
  • Should have handled a team in the past.
  • Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tamil
  • Candidate should have prior Sales background in SMALL TICKET LAP (UPTO 30 LAKHS)
  • Proven ability to meet targets.
  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Should open to frequent travel within territory.
