RTO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle vehicle registration process with the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
• Prepare and verify all documents required for vehicle registration (Form 20, Form 21, Form 22, insurance, invoice, etc.).
• Coordinate with the RTO for submission and collection of documents.
• Apply for and collect vehicle number plates (temporary and permanent).
• Ensure all RTO-related forms are correctly filled and signed by customers.
• Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle registrations, RC cards, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with insurance agents for timely policy generation and updates.
• Maintain relationships with RTO officials to ensure smooth and fast processing.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle registration and number plate.
• Support the sales and delivery teams by ensuring compliance and documentation are complete before delivery.
• Ensure timely tax payments, hypothecation marking (if applicable), and other RTO formalities.
• Handle any RTO-related grievances or corrections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
