Rto Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **vehicle registration process** with the Regional Transport Office (RTO).
- Prepare and verify all **documents required for vehicle registration** (Form 20, Form 21, Form 22, insurance, invoice, etc.).
- Coordinate with the RTO for **submission and collection of documents**.
- Ensure all RTO-related forms are **correctly filled and signed** by customers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of **vehicle registrations**, **RC cards**, and **delivery status**.
- Coordinate with **insurance agents** for timely policy generation and updates.
- Maintain relationships with RTO officials to ensure **smooth and fast processing**.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle registration and number plate.
- Support the sales and delivery teams by ensuring **compliance and documentation** are complete before delivery.
- Ensure **timely tax payments**, hypothecation marking (if applicable), and other RTO formalities.
- Handle any **RTO-related grievances or corrections**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
