Position 1: Sales Executive
Locations: All Hestia Hotel Properties
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive room and banquet sales across corporate, travel trade, OTA, and B2B segments
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct property visits, sales calls, and client meetings
- Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support local sales initiatives, promotions, and brand visibility activities
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in hospitality or allied industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Market knowledge of corporate, MICE, and OTA business is an advantage
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
Position 2: Sales Manager
Locations: All Hestia Hotel Properties
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales strategy for assigned properties/regions
- Manage corporate, MICE, and long-stay business portfolios
- Identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships
- Mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence
- Coordinate with senior management to align sales objectives with business goals
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or MBA preferred
- 4–8 years of proven sales experience in hotels or hospitality chains
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep understanding of pricing, contracting, and revenue optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
