Position Overview:

The
Event Sales Executive
will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and successful event space conversions. This role demands a dynamic professional with strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for the hospitality and event industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for events and weddings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, event planners, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct venue visits, client meetings, and property presentations to close deals effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process—from client inquiry to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client databases in CRM tools.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating with internal departments post-booking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in event sales, venue sales, or hospitality business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
