About the role

As a Team Leader - Data Insights, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the team, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency, and driving a culture of collaboration and compliance. The following outlines key responsibilities and expectations across various areas, including team management, file allocation, development, audits, and upholding company values. Organize, validate, and maintain large datasets, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Implement data management best practices to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Data cleansing and maintenance: Use MS Excel applications to check and improve the accuracy of data within Environmental Product Information Centre (EPIC) database.
  • To provide support to the Account Managers in the calculation of the packaging, WEEE and Batteries waste submissions.
  • Team Management: Ensuring Team Engagement: Foster a supportive and inclusive environment to keep team members motivated and engaged. Initiate team-building activities and regular check-ins to address concerns and boost morale.
  • Supporting Team Members' Development: Identify and support the growth of your team members through continuous learning opportunities. Help them set and achieve career goals, providing mentorship and guidance where necessary,
  • Feedback to Team Members and having difficult conversations when needed.
  • Conducting Regular Audits, Providing Audit Reports and documentation.
  • Maintain Data Integrity & Confidentiality, Building Relationships, Timely Issue Reporting, SOP Adherence.
  • New Starters: Onboarding, training & Support
What we need from you

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Any Graduate with Excellent Command on MS Excel.
  • Excellent - Written and Verbal Command on English
  • Hands on experience in Data Visualization and Data Cleansing.
  • Team Handling experience preferred.
  • Preferred 4-6 Years of experience in Data Management or Data Cleansing
