Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Executive (Recruitment) who can handle end-to-end recruitment activities.   • Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Understand job requirements from department heads and draft effective job descriptions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Participate in employee referral programs and innovative recruitment campaigns.
  • Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and sourcing abilities.
  • Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring targets.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
