Job description*

  • Experience years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments
  • Responsible for handling incidents and service request in day to day operation.
  • Good knowledge and experience (min 3 yr) in Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc..).
  • Good knowledge and experience in switching (VLAN, VTP, STP,HSRP).
    • Good knowledge and experience in Access Control List and Route Map.
  • Knowledge in Cisco firewall (Firepower) and Checkpoint.
  • Knowledge about Cisco WIfi network and ISE.
  • Validating the configuration of new device and new links handover by the project team and ensuring the configuration are as per the standard.
  • Support monitoring team for troubleshoot the network L2 issues.
  • Failover test for the network device and links at regular intervals.
  • Ensuring the network device availability as per the agreed SLA.
  • Ensuring the backup of network devices on periodically.
  • Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis.
  • Adhering and Implementing guidelines and Customer policies
  • Must close all the Incident & service Request with in Service Level Agreement
  • Coordinating with hardware vendor for any hardware issue.
