ROLE – AI Developer

LOCATION – Remote

EXP – 6 years

PF and BGV are Mandatory

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated AI Developer with over 6 years of experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LangChain, AWS cloud services, Crew AI, and Python, and must be capable of working independently to develop and deploy intelligent applications. Experience in the airline domain is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LangChain, Crew AI, and LLMs.
  • Build, fine-tune, and integrate LLM-based agents into enterprise workflows and business systems.
  • Develop scalable and secure AI solutions using AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Architect and implement AI pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects, from POC to production deployment.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation of all AI systems.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development with strong proficiency in Python.
  • Proven expertise in LangChain, Crew AI, and experience building AI agents or workflows.
  • Deep understanding of LLM integration, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, etc.
  • Strong background in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
