About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning to join our high-impact product team. This is not just another AI job — you'll be solving real-world medical problems through innovative visual intelligence systems.

You will work on building an AI-powered medical device system to enhance the accuracy and outcomes of Ophthalmology surgeries and much more.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Developing algorithms for iris/limbus/sclera landmark extraction using CNN/YOLO/SA-UNet/Arc matching.
  • Handling real-time image feeds and applying OpenCV / Affine Transformations / Optical Flow.
  • Tackling challenges of illumination variance, glare removal, and vessel segmentation in eye surgery images.
  • Creating innovative solutions for matching pre-op and intra-op eye images using traditional & deep learning techniques.
  • Implementing modules for camera interfacing, live video feed analysis, and feature map visualization.
  • Exploring and adapting arc-based alignment methodologies for our proprietary system.

Required Skills

  • Strong grasp of Python, OpenCV, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and image processing pipelines.
  • Experience with Object Detection (YOLO, SSD, etc.) and Segmentation Models (U-Net, SA-UNet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Feature Matching Algorithms (ORB, SIFT, SuperPoint, etc.)
  • Hands-on with affine/geometric transformations and live camera integration.
  • Knowledge of model training workflows and dataset preparation (custom labeling, augmentation).
  • Bonus: Experience in medical imaging, retinal datasets, or surgical robotics/assistive tech.
