Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Sales Forecasting Models using historical and real-time data.
  • Work on predictive analytics pipelines to improve accuracy and business insights.
  • Implement, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/AI algorithms for sales prediction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, business analysts, product managers) to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Present results through well-structured Jupyter Notebooks with clear visualizations, documentation, and reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales Forecasting Models (time-series, regression, or ML-based predictive techniques).
  • Strong proficiency with Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience working with Jupyter Notebook for model development, experimentation, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly) for presenting insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.
  • Knowledge of deep learning models for forecasting (RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers).
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases for data handling.
