Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions, harnessing the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
  • Develop, train, and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Integrate AI models into production-ready systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to create end-to-end AI pipelines.
  • Optimize existing AI systems for accuracy, speed, and reliability.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI research and technologies to incorporate best practices.
  • Develop APIs and interfaces for AI systems to interact with other applications.
  • Perform rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure robustness.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka.
  • Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies.
  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or AI ethics.
