MedPlus Health Services Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Distributor Surgical Sales (Orthopedics) to manage and grow our surgical/orthopedic product sales in the Ernakulam/Kochi region. The role requires strong expertise in distributor management, orthopedic product knowledge, and relationship-building with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of surgical and orthopedic products in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors/dealers while ensuring smooth coordination with existing partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and support doctors/hospitals in understanding product usage.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management for strategy building.
  • Ensure proper stock availability, order processing, and timely delivery through distributor channels.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, market insights, and MIS on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in surgical/orthopedic products.
  • Strong network with orthopedic surgeons and hospitals in the Ernakulam/Kochi region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of distribution management and channel sales.
