Summary of the Role
As
Manager – Centre Operations
, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our CSR health centers and community programs in Manali. Success in this role means ensuring smooth operations, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality services that align with AM Foundation's mission of improving community health and wellbeing. This position plays a key role in bridging organizational strategy with grassroots implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the CSR health centers to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor work plans, schedules, and program activities.
- Lead, mentor, and support centre teams to achieve performance and service goals.
- Track and analyze operational data to measure impact and identify improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, local communities, and external stakeholders for smooth program execution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, CSR guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for management and donors.
- Drive community engagement initiatives that strengthen AM Foundation's impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
in CSR, community development, or operations management. - Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Commitment to social impact and community service.
