Key Responsibilities:

  • Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and technical bid documents.
  • Gather quotations from vendors/subcontractors and perform comparative analysis.
  • Draft and compile all tender submissions in line with client requirements.
  • Support in pre-bid meetings, RFIs, and clarifications with clients.
  • Maintain a database of rates, vendors, and previous tenders.
  • Prepare cash flow projections, budget analysis, and bid summaries.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs.
Qualifications

B.Tech (Civil) – Specialization in Infrastructure / Structures

  • Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, and costing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), AutoCAD, and MS Project.
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
  • Analytical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in numbers.
  • Time management and ability to work on multiple tenders simultaneously.
