Products: Experience in selling/sales of Welding Electrodes , Pumps , Filters ,
Pipes & Flanges , heat exchangers,/ Any Mechanical engineering products.
Manadatory Requirements (must haves for the position):
· Person should have Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or MBA IN Marketing with
2 to 10 years experience in Industrial Products sales.
· Industry exposure : Candidates who have travelled to Power Plants , Cement plants , Cement Minings, oil& Gas Industrial customers ,OEMs , Steel Industry etc ..Customers for sales are preferrable...
· Should understand the RFQs , and how to prepare quotations, should be able to communicate clearly the requirements .
Roles & Responsibilities:
· The candidate should have prior experience of 2-10 years in Direct sales and customers in technical industrial sales.
· The candidate should be able to speak English & Hindi at good proficiency
· Active listener and clear communicator
The candidate should travel to various industrial customers in & around the state to market our products and should be passionate in sales.
· The candidate will be responsible for retaining the existing business along with generating new business for the company
· Acquisition of new and development of existing customers in Power, Chemical, Oil Refineries, Pumps , Filters , Pipes & Flanges , heat exchangers, Instruments etc and other industrial segments,how to prepare quotations should be able to communicate clearly the requirement's, whichever the company deems necessary.
· General Industries & other segments whichever the company deems necessary.
· The candidate should possess basic technical knowledge to answer any customer queries or requirements
· Meet the weekly field visit targets and generate sales opportunities
· Understand customer requirements and offer correct product/technology solutions.
· Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offers.
· Willing to travel for 10-15 days every month.
