Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fundamental research on equities, sectors, and mutual funds.
  • Analyse company financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and earnings reports.
  • Prepare valuation models (DCF, comparables, ratios) for stock recommendations.
  • Track macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, and policy changes affecting investments.
  • Evaluate mutual fund schemes (equity, debt, hybrid) and prepare comparative analysis.
  • Provide inputs on asset allocation and portfolio construction for client portfolios.
  • Write research reports, stock notes, and fund recommendations for internal and client use.
  • Work closely with advisory team to align research with client financial goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in equity or mutual fund research.
  • Strong financial analysis and valuation skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modelling.
  • NISM or CFA certification (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication to present research clearly.
  • Passionate about capital markets, investing, and wealth creation.
