Role: INVESTMENT INSIGHTS - FUND REPORTING ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze Money Market fund data, perform trend analysis, and conduct quality audits.
  • Maintain and update relevant databases with accurate data.
  • Resolve discrepancies in performance data points of Money Market funds.
  • Research and address queries raised by end clients, including investment banks.
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the onshore team and global Money Market fund reporters to source fund data.

Experience & Skills:

  • BBA/B.Com/BMS/MBA
  • 0-3 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in Fund Accounting or Reporting.
  • Strong commercial judgment, business acumen, and a solid understanding of the global investment industry, markets, and products.
  • In-depth knowledge of capital market instruments, mutual funds, portfolios, and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
