Manipal HealthMap, established in 2015, is the diagnostics arm of Manipal Group, one of India's largest and most ethical healthcare institutions. The company specializes in developing and operating diagnostic centers within government institutions under PPP contracts, providing services such as PET-CT, MRI, CT scan, Ultrasound, X-Ray, ECHO, and ECG. With a network of 40+ Radiology Imaging and Onco Diagnostic Centers across India, Manipal HealthMap has conducted more than 1.8 million scans since inception. The company is known for its NABH accredited centers and has been awarded the "Express Healthcare" award for "Best Radiology chain – Multi City" for the last two consecutive years.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Job Centre Manager, located in Dumka. The Job Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with healthcare professionals, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling administrative tasks. The manager will also be responsible for implementing policies, monitoring performance, and facilitating continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in diagnostic or radiology centers
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and staff
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives is a plus
