We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing and business development manager to join our team in Dumka and Simdega. As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving referral marketing initiatives, establishing partnerships with organizations, conducting promotional camps, maintaining client relationships, and increasing revenue through effective marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring their productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute referral marketing strategies to increase the number of procedures and overall revenue.
Identify and engage with new organizations for empanelment through proposal submissions and negotiations.
Coordinate and conduct promotional camps in collaboration with the marketing team.
Follow up with existing third-party administrators (TPA) and establish tie-ups with new TPAs and Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) to generate panel patients.
Renew contracts and agreements with empanelled organizations to maintain business partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify new ideas and technologies relevant to the industry.
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, institutes, and healthcare facilities to build relationships and promote services.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in various organizations.
Provide necessary documentation and address client queries during client visits.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of TPAs, corporate clients, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and recovery processes to manage contracts and recover outstanding payments.
Manage and analyze the work and outcomes of the marketing team.
Update the database of referral patients, reports on conducted camps, and tentative schedules.
Organize and conduct promotional camps in schools, corporate settings, and PSUs.
Provide Business Continuity training to all teams and ensure standardization of Business Continuity plans.
Actively participate in marketing and business development activities, demonstrating a proactive approach to the marketplace.
Monitor projects against plans and take corrective action when necessary.
Establish collaborative relationships with existing consumers and families.
Conduct business impact assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in referral marketing and business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of TPAs, corporate clients, PSUs, and recovery processes.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on increasing revenue.
Proactive approach to identifying market trends and new technologies.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with database management and reporting.
Willingness to travel as required.
