Program Co-ordinator

**Essential Qualification**: bachelor''s degree in any discipline(nursing preffered); Master in public health, Hospital Management or related field desirables.
**Experience**: 2-3 Experience In project coordination, preferably in matrenal and child health.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English(written, spoken);; Knowledge of local language is plus
- Experience in M&E, community engagement, and multi stakeholder coordination
- Adaptable, collaborative and committed to working in rural/tribal setting.

Employment Type: Contract (6 months) with the possibility of extension based on need and performance.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Lead planning, implementation, budgeting, and evaluation of the project.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Collaborate with government bodies, health facilities, community leaders, and local partners.
- **Community Mobilization**: Conduct outreach, promote community participation, and ensure alignment with local needs.
- **Capacity Building**: Identify training needs and organize workshops for staff and community workers.
- **Monitoring & Evaluation**: Set up M&E systems, ensure regular data collection and analysis.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Prepare reports, case studies, and maintain records as per standards.
- **Field Engagement**: Ensure active involvement in rural/tribal settings and support field teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
