About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Program Advisor (Pre- Sales) to connect with prospective learners and qualify inbound leads for our advanced technology and career programs. Youll be the first point of contact for potential learners, helping them understand their career goals, assessing fit, and scheduling them for the next step with our senior sales folks in the floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with inbound leads via phone, and other communication channels.
  • Understand the learners background, motivation, and career objectives to evaluate program fit.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass on high-potential prospects to the sales advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification status in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Follow up with unresponsive leads to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and feedback loops.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and qualification targets.

Requirements

  • 6 months - 3 years of experience in inside sales in EdTech, online learning, or career upskilling companies.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills in English
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools.
  • Goal-driven attitude with the ability to handle high-volume outreach.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Must be based in Bangalore.
