Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Service Advisor at MY BATTERY TECH. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with their EV servicing and repair experiences, and maintaining strong communication with customers regarding their service status. The Service Advisor will also manage aftersales support and address any customer concerns. Additional tasks include advising customers on EV maintenance and repairs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring the timely delivery of services.
