Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Course Advisor will guide prospective students in selecting the right training programs based on their career aspirations, answer inquiries about courses and features, and assist with the enrollment process. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the academy's offerings, delivering excellent customer service, and providing post-enrollment support to ensure a positive experience. The role also includes contributing to student engagement initiatives to drive successful course completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and support prospective learners.
  • Ability to explain and promote course features, benefits, and job prospects effectively.
  • Experience in student counseling, academic advising, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of training programs in areas such as Digital Marketing, IT, and Software Development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, organizational skills, and using CRM or student management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
