Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Admission Advisor cum Counselor. The role involves guiding students through the admission process for studying in Germany by providing comprehensive counseling. Responsibilities include conducting student assessments, consultation on course and university options, supporting visa-related processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will liaise with educational institutions, provide training sessions when required, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to address students' inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Proven experience in student recruiting, including guiding students on program selection, application processes, and admission requirements.
  • Ability to conduct educational training and orientation sessions for students and parents, ensuring clarity on the services provided.
  • Sales experience with a focus on meeting targets and converting inquiries into successful student enrollments.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, particularly German, is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; prior experience in education consulting is preferred.
