Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admissions Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information regarding courses, and offer advice on academic and career choices. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, performing follow-ups with potential students, supporting enrollment drives, maintaining records, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Building strong relationships with candidates and supporting them throughout their journey will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal and Communication skills to build strong relationships with prospective students and address their queries effectively.
  • Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for candidates during the admissions process.
  • Sales skills to promote courses, understand the needs of potential students, and drive enrollment.
  • Experience in the Education sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in local languages and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
  • Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
