Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Senior Admissions Counselor role based in Noida. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about courses and offerings, and addressing inquiries to match students with suitable programs. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with applicants, managing enrollment processes, and collaborating with internal teams to support institutional goals. Additionally, the counselor will engage in sales and outreach activities to attract and retain high-potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service practices with a focus on addressing prospects' needs
  • Sales experience and the ability to effectively promote academic programs
  • Understanding of education systems and relevant knowledge in advising prospective students
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a commitment to meeting enrollment targets
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in admissions or education counseling is a plus
