Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor at our Bengaluru office. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide expert advice on educational opportunities in Germany, and handle inquiries via various communication channels. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with documentation required for admission and visa processes, and meeting or exceeding targets in advising and enrolments. Additional tasks include maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and building trust to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact and build trust with students and their families.
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to deliver a superior experience and achieve enrolment goals.
  • Understanding of the Education sector, particularly international student admissions, with additional knowledge of German study processes being advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.
  • Previous experience as a counselor or in an education consultancy is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required; additional certifications in counseling or education will be beneficial.
