Role: Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Mode: Contract To Hire

Location: Remote

Timings: 3 PM - 12 PM IST

Client: USA Health Care Company

We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in

AgentForce to lead the development and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. The ideal

candidate will have deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce integration

patterns, along with practical knowledge of AgentForce workflows, and business processes

related to agent onboarding and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web

Components (LWC), and AgentForce configurations.

  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce (including AgentForce) and external

systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce admins, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure

end-to-end delivery of business solutions.

  • Lead technical design sessions and code reviews, enforcing Salesforce development

best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both standard Salesforce and AgentForce

functionalities.

  • Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with AgentForce or similar agent lifecycle management

systems.

  • Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Experience in building Salesforce integrations (API-based).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices using Copado.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and

retrospectives.

  • Agentforce Specialist Salesforce certification
