Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Agentforce & Experience Cloud)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer with 35 years of experience, specializing in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Agentforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, especially in Experience Cloud (Communities) and Agentforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
  • Proven expertise in Agentforce implementations.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builders, validation rules).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX is a plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II or Experience Cloud Consultant is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of security and sharing models in Salesforce.
