Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, data modelling

Agent force experience + knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities a big plus

Strong hands‑on experience with integrations, handling technical debt, performance tuning

Skilled communicator, good collaborator, experience with Agile methodologies

About the job:

We're hiring a hands‑on Principal Salesforce Developer who will lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions in Agent force for Sales & Service. The ideal candidate codes with excellence, defines best practices, and partners with business leads to scale solutions that enable agent workflows, customer care, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design & build high‑performance Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations) with focus on Agentforce for Sales & Service

Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, reusable components

Lead technical roadmap planning; optimize systems for scalability, performance & compliance

Mentor junior developers; lead code reviews & technical leadership

Stay updated with new Salesforce features, Agentforce innovations & bring ideas for platform maturity
