About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Growth Executive
with an IT background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding market presence through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential markets, clients, and growth opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Generate and nurture leads via online platforms, networking, cold calling, and events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Pitch IT solutions and services effectively to decision-makers.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular growth reports.
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0–6 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, or Client Acquisition (preferably in IT industry).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate IT/Software services.
  • Self-motivated with a growth-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation methods.
