Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to lead client acquisition, promote our training programs, and expand Hephy's brand presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong marketing instincts, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients or students.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential leads for Hephy's programs and services.
  • Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations to explain offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, companies, and individual clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and closing documentation.

Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for course promotions, events, and brand visibility.
  • Manage social media marketing, including content coordination with the design team.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the creative/content team to produce engaging promotional material.

Client & Program Coordination

  • Assist in managing student inquiries and guiding them through enrollment.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM records, reports, and performance logs.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
  • Negotiation and lead conversion ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (Freshers with strong passion may also apply).
